In fact, Sab has proudly been a Propertymark member for over 30 years, long before
industry regulation became a talking point. What is new, and something we’re excited to
share, is our ability to now use the Phil Spencer Move iQ and Propertymark graphics, thanks
to our recent membership upgrade. It allows us to align more closely with Propertymark’s
consumer-facing campaign featuring Phil Spencer, one of the UK’s most trusted property
experts.
What This Affiliation Means for You

Because we’ve been members for decades, adhering to Propertymark’s rigorous standards,
