Insurance
The Landlord is responsible for the building insurance on the property and, if appropriate, Landlords' contents but this does not cover Tenants contents and may not cover accidental damage.
As a condition of the tenancy, to provide protection for the Tenant and the Landlord, it is a requirement that the Tenant takes out Tenants Contents Insurance and Accidental Damage Insurance.
